We know that workplace design affects productivity, employee engagement, and satisfaction – the research proves it. With that in mind, we’re focused on designing an efficient and inspiring workplace, one that really nourishes your people.
We use CAD Software to sketch out your vision into a concrete, custom plan for you. We represent several healthcare and general office furniture manufacturers, and can offer you an array of options to meet your style, budget, and business objectives.
Procurement & Project Management
Some would call us thorough…We’ve got the product lines picked and the design packed—time for specifics. We’ll determine the final item quantities and specifications to fulfill your vision, and provide you with a full proposal outlining every inch of the design.
Then we’ll establish a timeline, detailing the initial to completion stages of your project, and every step in between. Some would call us thorough,and we’d have to agree.
Installation
We’re professional. No, really.With every piece ready to be delivered and installed – no need to worry here since we’ve already confirmed everything is in pristine condition and ready to go – we’ll work with you schedule your office furniture installation.
Our team of installation professionals are, well, professional. We’ve got an in-house staff lead by veteran installers who will minimize workplace distractions, and work efficiently and quickly.
Finishing Touches
The part about how we’re in this for the long haul.Just because your workspace is looking better than you ever imagined after the furniture installation, that doesn’t mean we’ll part ways – not for good, at least! After you sign off on the project, we’ll still be around to help if you need to reconfigure the furniture or if it just needs some routine maintenance.
After all, who doesn’t need a little pick-me-up every now and then? Our goal is to have your whole workplace, from reception to patient suites to breakroom to office furniture, look as good as the day it was installed. Always.
We’re here to fill in the pieces
If you’ve had to move, you’re aware that moves can be complex with lots of moving parts - quite literally. Things don’t fall through the cracks, they fall through the gaping hole between the packing boxes and moving day. That’s what we’re here for. Items like the poster you looked at daily, your lucky post-it note dispenser that looked like your Grandma’s cat, and the chair mat that allowed you to roll between the trash can and your keyboard in three seconds flat — where’d they go? We may not be able to provide an exact replica of your lost love, but we can certainly help you find something very similar – dare we say, better?.
